Our story
For eleven years, Buddy has been more than just a pet—he’s been family. Throughout my childhood, he supported me with his wet kisses and wagging tail every time I came home. However, everything changed when we came home one day and saw Buddy shaking from extreme pain. After numerous visits to the vet, we found out that it was intervertebral disc disease (IVDD), a debilitating spinal condition. Witnessing his pain ignited a profound sense of urgency in me. I never want another pet owner to feel this way, so I founded a non-profit organization in Buddy’s name. Our mission is twofold: to educate pet owners about how to avoid conditions their pets are prone to and to raise funds to support life-saving surgeries for pets in need.
